Today, we will conclude our 3-part review of the complex fraud and abuse provisions, which apply to providers participating in federally funded health care programs. As you will remember, earlier this fall, we discussed in detail the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, and then later the Stark Self-Referral Prohibitions.
