Earlier this year, CMS published a report from the Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership (HFPP) concerning clinical laboratory services and the associated potential for fraud. The HFPP is a voluntary partnership amongst the Federal Government, state and local government agencies, law enforcement, private health insurance plans, employer organizations, and healthcare anti-fraud associations.
