The following briefing discusses the importance of employee compliance training. In the present environment of increased enforcement actions, laboratories must pay attention to this often neglected component of an effective compliance program. It is our experience that many diagnostic and hospital providers do not devote adequate time and resources to their employee compliance training programs.
